Russ Glaze

Clay is an Account Representative at our Amarillo/Borger offices. He will be able to work up quotes, get you started, or answer any policy questions you may have. Clay went to WTAMU and studied business and the second he had graduated, he was working with Russ. In his spare time, he likes playing with his dog, hanging out with friends, and riding his dirt bike! Fun fact – Clay has a twin sister.

Rainey is an Account Representative at our Amarillo and Borger offices and has been with us for 4 years. She will be able to work up any quotes, get you started or answer any policy questions you may have.

Rainey has lived in the Amarillo area for over 40 years. She attended Amarillo College where she studied courses in business. Rainey lives on a ranch here in Amarillo with her husband and her 5 children, which include 4 boys and 1 girl. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, many pets, and traveling.

What I love about being in insurance is that I can help educate people about insurance and the importance of having it and being properly protected. I have been working at Russ Glaze State Farm for 2 years now, and truly enjoy working in this office. We have a great team and a great boss who genuinely care about their customers. A little bit about myself, I married my high school sweetheart, we have 2 kids together. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on crafts and flipping and painting furniture.

Heather is a Service Team Manager and has been with State Farm for 13 years! She will help take payments, answer your questions, and make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. She is happily together with her lifetime sweetheart and has 4 kids and 5 grandsons. When she isn’t working, Heather loves to travel. Fun fact – her son is a professional boxer and she watches every match. Her grandsons are her greatest gift!

Kelsi has been a part of our team since 2022 as a Customer Relations Representative in our Borger office. She was born and raised in Borger, Texas. She has three girls and two boys that she adores. She genuinely enjoys helping our customers and giving them the opportunity to protect themselves and their families. She likes the relationship that is built with the community and knowing that what they put in to our office and State Farm is being given back in so many ways. To Kelsi, this is more than just a job. She loves having the opportunity to teach people about why this is more than an ID card for an inspection.

Brad is an Account Representative for the our Amarillo/Borger offices. He will be able to work up quotes, get you started, or answer any policy questions you may have He is married to his high school sweetheart for going on 11 years and has 3 kids – 2 daughters and 1 son. Brad started his career with early advancement and decided to make that his college, as he says “School of Hard Knocks!” When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, and creating budgets in Excel. Fun fact – He has 5 rescue dogs and loves to sing!

I grew up in Denver, Colorado and I have been in Amarillo for 24 years since moving back. I have been married to my wife for almost 15 years and we have 5 kids and are proud grandparents to 2 grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and traveling to see our grandchildren and other adventures when time allows.

Hi, my name is Ashley Stefl. I graduated from Amarillo College with my Associates Degree in Nursing. I am also licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health. My favorite thing about working for Russ Glaze State Farm is that I am serving, protecting and helping others. I also get to work with a great team and a great boss who all have a mutual goal to help people and build relationships.

Deanna is one of the newest members of our Service Team. She loves working with our customers and is excited to assist with your insurance needs! She will help with payments, policy questions, and she also serves as a liaison for your claim needs. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her family and friends and loves working in the community.

Angel has been in the insurance world off and on for 15 years and is licensed in Auto, Home, Life, and Health. She originally worked for Russ 6 years ago and was with him for 4 years. She recently joined his team again in October 2023. She was born in Amarillo but has lived between here and Ohio off and on.

I'm Ashleigh Ayers. I grew up in Canyon, TX, attended Canyon High School and went on to get my bachelor's from West Texas A&M. Go Buffs! I have been married to my husband for 6 years and we have two toddlers. I absolutely love the opportunity to serve my customers by covering their insurance needs, educating them on the reason why insurance is so important to protect them, their loved ones, and their assets. It is an honor to be a part of the Russ Glaze State Farm team, a team of individuals who care for their customers and ensure that everyone is well protected.
